In order to give alternate opportunity of studying to those who for one reason or another can not attend residential courses, RCT offers all the above thee residential courses by distance learning (correspondence) . it is the way you can achieve your academic ambition without leaving your home or work.
NOTE: The quality of education you get is just the same as that achieved by attending classes.
All you need to do is register for the course of your choice, pay your fees and in two weeks period you receive your first lesson park which you can read and answer the accompanying questions and send back the assignment for marking. again in another two weeks of receipt of the materials at the college . marking will be complete and you will be sent the next lesson pack. our teachers are experienced. distant learning tutors who know exactly to go on with you through the course.
SHORT PROGRAMMES
Currently RCT offers a variety of short courses and seminars conducted at the college and elsewhere in the county depending on the need and cost considerations. the courses include; computer courses, video production, investigation journalism and news editing. a separate brochure of computer courses is available on request.
ACCOMODATION
Currently the college does not provide its own accommodation services but we arrange for hostel for students who need, at their own separation cost. current hostel charges are in the range of Tshs. 30,000/= to 100,000/= per month depends on the quality of the hostel services.
